Jacob's Halloween Costume!!!

So I found Jacob's Halloween costume!!!! isn't it so cute!!!! I can't wait until halloween now!!! When he saw it he made monkey noises...

Jacob's Splurge....

So today Jacob and I went to the park!!! I have A LOT of things on my mind and I needed some fresh air! Anyway, I didn't know that the park had been flooded the night before and the people who knew about it were all there to see. (I am talking about the park at the Dam in West Point) Believe it or not the park was open! I didn't want to get close to the water so I just took Jacob to the Basketball court!!! Luckily I grabbed one of his balls on my way out of the door!!! Sadly, I don't have and pictures from the park. I didn't think that I had my camera with me... But he was so cute out there!!! I was showing him how to play and he was trying to throw the ball and ring the goal! I even picked him up a few times so he could be a little closer... We were still too short!! We were there for about 30 min or so. He would wave at all of the cars that passed by; it was just cute. He had such a good time!!!!

As we were getting into the car, I asked him if he had fun playing basketball and he said "bassetball"!!! I said yes basketball!! He kept saying it over and over!!! I was so proud of my little man, so I took him to Kroger and bought him a cupcake!!!! He immediately wanted it!!! Even when new got home, he pointed at it and I kept saying that he could have it after supper... So after a few times of me saying no he got upset. So I gave him the cupcake......

I didn't mind, we've already had a rough day and he deserved that whole cupcake!!!

Or course I had to take a picture of the cupcake!!!

Then I gave it to him!!!!

Doesn't that just look so good!!!!

His Favorite part was the ICING!!!!! (Which was very yummy)

School Starts in the Spring For Me, Hopefully....

I have been accepted at Southern Union! Woo... So Tonight I filled out my FAFSA to try to get a grant! Without a grant, I will not get to go... But I am very positive that I will get what I need to get started again!!! The only thing I have left to do is get my transcript send over to Wadley and then wait... Wish me luck!!!

Jacob's Sick Scare....

Well... Jacob has been waking up warm and has been fussy all day today and yesterday... So yesterday I started giving him Motrin and LOW ACID and NO PULP Orange Juice and his Immunity Berry juice I picked up... I started praying that he wasn't getting sick!!! Come to find out.... He has two more teeth coming in!!! That made me feel better, but NOT HIM!!! It's hard to get oral gel on those back teeth without getting bit!!! But he has a back tooth coming in on each side on top!!! I hate for my little man to not feel well... But he doesn't feel that bad... I mean he's still making messes as I clean... He just feels bad in the morning when he first gets up, around nap time and at Night... That might seem like all day but he has pretty early naps, so we have fun reading books in the evening! Let's just hope those teeth hurry up and come on in!!!

Update on moving...

Organizing my apartment is going good. I have been a little overwhelmed and a bit of an emotional wreck. But I am making it! I didn't get much done at the beginning of this week because I was so exhausted and I was really grieving for a longtime friend who lost a young child in a BAD car wreck. I took it really hard and was set back a few days. But I am better now. Between praying, crying and my mom, I made it!!! There was just something about it that struck a nerve and made me break down!

On the Other Hand....

I have the living room and kitchen looking pretty good. After I hung pictures today; it's really starting to come together well!!! As far as Jacob's room goes, I hung things on the wall and got the furniture arranged how I want it. I still have some things to work on in there... But once I get the rest of my bathroom things the bathrooms will be done! Then there was my room... I have always put my room last... SO! All I have is a bed made up and a TV to watch at night... There are no clothes hung yet or clothes in drawers... As far as I'm concerned, it'll get done ha ha...

Kerry's Birthday!

Ya'll are so lucky that I can't sleep tonight! Just kidding... I don't have as much on my mind and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! So I want to get caught up on my blog...

So Kerry's birthday was the 7th of September I believe he turned 27. But anyway Kerry, Laura, Eli, Derick, Crystal, Lance, Mom, Todd, Jacob and I went out to eat at Milano's!!! We had a really good time!!!

Here we are (minus me) waiting on our food! Oh by the way, as you can see, all Jacob wanted to do was go outside (thats the door he was starring so hard at)!!!!

I had to get a picture of Uncle BooBoo (the birthday boy)

Lance was getting the plastic ready to pay for all of our meals!!! Just kidding hehe.... Might I add how wonderful his little eye looks!! Cute little BOOGER!!!

Then Uncle BooBoo came over to get Jacob... He loves his SILLY Uncle BooBoo!!

Then Lance Saw Uncle BooBoo coming his was and started for his mommy!!!!

Uncle BooBoo got him anyway! Lance didn't mind though!!

Then uncle BooBoo grabbed Jacob's head and picked him up out of his high chair... Not really but he did eventually pick him up and walked with him for a min..... Um let's just say, Jacob did not want to get back into his high chair after that... So he showed off until Granny and PawPaw took ALL of the little boys outside!

He got Eli too Hehe!! Eli just giggled and giggled!!! And showed me and Jacob what he got his BooBoo for his Birthday!!! (The shirt he had on)

Lance was trying to get my camera....

They sang to Kerry and my camera decided to be slow on me and I got the waitresses walking off... Oh well....

PawPaw Somehow ended up with Lance... I think I missed that part bc I was holding Jacob, feeding him and getting on to him for kicking the plate of Ketchup off of the table....


Him just wanted to play...

Then we all went to Granny's and hung out and let the kids play!!!

Jacob, Lance and Eli had a good time!!!!

Jacob and Eli ended up in some kind a wrestling match.... Yah there will be many more of them to come.... Lord Help!!!!

Grandparent's Day 2009

In case some of you didn't realize, today is Grandparent's Day. Well technically it isn't any more but you get the drift... I called my precious Gran and Nana and wished them a wonderful G'Parents day. Jacob also wished his Granny and PawPaw a good G'Parents day. Well they got a great G'Parents gift if you think about it....

Jacob has spent 2 weeks straight with them AND Jacob and I will be living maybe 10 mins from them now!!!

But Any way...

Jacob gave Granny and Paw-Paw a sweet little card:

I really do think that this card suits Granny and Paw-Paw to a T!!!

Did I mention that it plays the Chicken Dance when you open it?!?!

They Love it!!!

Jacob did too!!! Look hard, there is a smile behind that pop-pop!!!

Oh that was just the beginning...

Jacob decided to carry the card around and dance to the music the rest of the time we were unpacking the car!!!

Do you really think I would close this blog without a video?!?!? It was too cute to just take pictures Haha...

P.S.

Jacob and I will be staying the night at our new home tomorrow night. We will have power and cable/internet!!! Unfortunatly, we were not able to get everything on our trip to Oxford today due to not having enough room... But it's ok I don't mind making a few more trips; I would have had to go back to clean anyway...

Ok ok I know I have a lot of junk but you have to realize I have been living in that area and out of Mom and Todd's house for about 5 years now...... And I'm a Pack RAT!!!

So I Decided to Take A Bubble Bath with Jacob...

Ok so... My son is such a mess!!! We had a great time bathing together!!! No there are no naked pics of me; I made sure I edited them out!

Anyway...

Jacob thought it would be fun to climb into the corner and squat... I forgot to mention that he threw all of his toys up there before....

Then he dove to me!!!!!

Then he played Santa Clause by squatting all the way down into the water and jump back up!!!

He loved getting up in that corner!!!

I had to black out some places on him...

I just thought this was funny....

He was playing Santa Clause....

Then he jumped to me to love on me!!!

He got soap EVERYWHERE....

Then Bouncer joined us.... Ew...

Alright here is what made the bath time HILARIOUS!!!!

Jacob was standing there just playing and all of the sudden...

He let out a MAN POOT....

The water was right at his little hiney so it made every sound you can think of that would make us roll on the floor laughing....

AS SOON AS THAT HAPPENED...

He looked at us and smiled this beautiful little smile!!!!

Then we got out and finished watching the Auburn Game.....
